In case we have never met - let me introduce myself - I’m a realist artist, working mostly in oils (or sometimes charcoal). I’m a New Zealander but have been living in the UK since 1993.
Although I’m happy to paint anything with a soul, I return time and time again to painting horses. Apart from a love affair with these wonderful creatures, I have developed an endless fascination with the sublime beauty and softness of their coat, hiding a muscular and skeletal structure beneath that is capable of enormous power and strength.
